Meet the Founder of Your Harmony Wellness Hub

Kate has always dreamed of creating a welcoming space where everyone feels at home – every body, every shape, every size. A true non-judgmental zone with no “gym feel,” just a place where people can relax, recharge, and reconnect with themselves.

Her passion for holistic wellness began over 12 years ago when she experienced the incredible benefits of salt therapy with her eldest daughter. Since then, she’s carried the vision of opening her own salt rooms, and now that dream has finally become a reality.

A proud Lara local and mum of three, Kate brings 19 years of experience as a qualified beauty therapist, having worked with some of the most renowned day spas in Daylesford, Torquay, Lorne, and Geelong. Her journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to caring for others and a belief that wellness should be accessible to all.

Through both Your Beauty Wellness Studio and the newly opened Your Harmony & Wellness Hub, Kate is excited to share her passion for beauty, movement, and holistic health with the community she loves.
